i sent my xbox 360 to get fixed like 6 motnhs ago?

i havent gotten it back and i don't have my tracking id or anything what can i do

    even though the customer service sucks, call 1-800-4MYXBOX, and they SHOULD tell you whats going on

    it took me a little while to get mine back but the best way to check it out to call the xbox 360 hotline, thats what we did we did.
