youtube copyright issue?

i used songs from my cd the songs were over my head and all messed up but when i made my music video and posted it on youtube.com it says"

A copyright owner has claimed it owns some or all of the audio content in your video stevens injuries with info. The audio content identified in your video is Over My Head (Better Off Dead) by Sum 41. We regret to inform you that your video has been blocked from playback due to a music rights issue."I don't know what to do to let me post it please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    YouTube, as many sites do, even Yahoo, has a disclaimer in the user agreement that you cannot upload copyrighted material, and if the copyright owner contacts them and proves it to be copyrighted they have to remove it.
