Sims 2 Double Deluxe issues...?
I've installed the Sims 2 DD game on my daughters Inspiron 1525 (running Vista). Each time she tries to play it seems to be doing ok until you try to enter a house then it just locks up. Any one have any information on this or any ideas on how to resolve the issue?
This one does include Vista on the OS list on the back.

yes the same thing happened to me...you need to update the game since it came out before vista was released it is not 100% sure how to run correctly i believe its like putting an old engine into a brand new car. go to sims2.com, i believe this will work as it did for me with my inspiron 1520! :)

Well i play the sims and it does that to me alot...my husband is a computer specialist at Bestbuy and he says it's because we don't have enought GB(g.bytes) so you might want to check into getting more at your local best buy or circuit city! I love the sims!!

Are you sure there is enough memory?
If there is, uninstall it and try again.
It might not have installed right.
