Your question isn't a question, it is a statement. You also misspelled "do" which is pretty rough.
Lots of people are doing all kinds of things about the "problems", it's just a few who are only causing problems or are doing nothing at all. You can find simple problems in your house or neighborhood and solve them - that would help show others how easy it is to make a difference.

maybe, they just don't want to lead...,they may say it's impossible...and many excuses...., but why not do it ourselves? don't let you feel regret....
