What movie has this following scene with walkie talkies?
This has been bugging me for the past weekend so I need some help.
What movie has the scene involving two guys (I'll name them Guy 1 and Guy 2) with walkie talkies and Guy 1 is more into it than Guy 2. Guy 1 tells Guy 2 something along the lines of "After you say something on the walkie talkie, you have to say 'over,' over" and so when Guy 2 proceeds without finishing his sentences with "over," Guy 1 pretends he didn't hear what he said until he finishes his sentences correctly.

The specific movie I'm thinking of is not a cartoon and not from Hitch or Supertroopers, even though this scene could be from more than one movie.

That's a scene from Family Guy, where Brian and Stewie buy a house together, and are trying to fix it up. Classic.

I think it's from hitch when Will Smiths character askes Eva Mendes' out on a date.
