Sweetheart you should definitely tell someone about your nightmares and your phobias. I know you are probably afraid that people will judge you but I assure you your parents will only want to get you the help that you need. My sister has this same fear, she is really uncomfortable in a crowded mall--it really freaks her out. But she told me and my mom and my mom got her the help she needed, she is seeing a therapist to sort out her feelings and overcome her fear of crowds. I can identify with your being afraid of the dark. I am 23 years old and I still get afraid of the dark after watching a scary movie or something, so you are not weird or anything. Just know that you are human and we all have problems and that you deserve to get the help that you need so that you will grow up healthy. Good Luck!

Talk to your parents about this, you need to get Professional help before this problem escalates into something more serious and destroys your whole future. You are young you should be out with your friends having a good time, laughing and shopping and being a kid. With a little help you will be able to join your friends shopping again.

You shouldn't be ashamed of your fears/phobias. Everyone has a fear of some sort. Really the only way to solve these problems is to talk to someone about it. May I suggest a therapist. They could help you really identify what exactly caused these phobias of yours and possibly help you overcome them.

    Perhaps counseling is the answer.

If you feel you need it, you can do online counseling with a professional therapist. Online counseling is affordable, accessible, anonymous, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the privacy of your own home. I hope it helps.
