Revenge..

I just found out one of my friends has been self harming. I dont know how to tell how bad it is. I was wondering if someone could tell me if its bad? She sent me a picture and i dont know how old it is though. Please no sarcasm. |: what should i do to help her ?

Okay i have to do a powerpoint on a particular drug.. I am doing it on Ecstacy. In the background I would like to have a song playing... Obviously about drugs/Ecstasy..I would prefer it to be punk or rock because i just like those genres better.. Lol. thanks.

about a week ago i took i think 10 tablets of panadol, 2 hours ago i took a satchel but in between that week i might have taken around 8-12

that isnt normal is it?

well im not really sure why i did it either.

what do you think? i know it is very short, i havnt quite finished it.

I just had quite a few panadol i think around 8 or 9 for a pulled muscle i got in training,I don't normally take the pill form because i find it hard to swallow but i could only find the tablets. i am only 14 and now im getting the start of a head ache. is that normal? should i try to sleep it off? or anything else?

when i was younger i suffered from nightmares alot but i was embaressed so i never told anyone.. but now im 14 and i am afraid of the dark, it scares me the uknown i guess it is,, please dont laugh at me though.. another problem is im costophobic, i cant line up in lines, or go to shops when my friends ask me.. i know what it is from,,when i was about 11 i got croweded by people and it terrified me..

how can i solve these problmes,,and no its not because i am a sook or anything its just some phobias i suffer..

i want to get my lip pierced what do yous think? send me pics if you have them
