Random bouts of nausea..?

about once a week in the middle of the night i wake up feeling unbelievably nauseous. i know im not pregnant, i exercise daily, and eat healthy (for the most part)

once i vomit, i feel pretty ok. any thoughts on what could be causing this?

    I could be your gallbladder. I would suggest going to the doc and getting things checked out.
