Fantasy Football Championship RB help. Need to pick one - Cedric Benson or Deuce McAllister?

    I hate to say it but start Benson. He has been hot lately and playing Kansas City (one of the worst run defenses in the NFL). Deuce is going up against a good run defense in Carolina and will split time. Benson carries the whole load.
