There's no nationwide directory of cell phone numbers. Each provider maintains list of its clients, but they do not open this information to the public. Since cell phone market was finally somewhat deregulated and now customers are allowed to switch carriers and still keep their existing numbers it is hard to guess which provider serves the given number.
If you have a legitimate purpose you can contact cell phone providers and try to find out which copany owns the number first and then work with this provider to get more details.
Another option is to search for the number in different search engines (Google, MSN) and see if this number comes up in the search as some people leave their phone numbers all over the Internet.

Your program is totally awesome. It worked exactly as you stated on your web site. I've recommended it to more than 3 friends who were searching for a solution that MaxxSpy totally solves. Thanks for the easy to use monitoring program and web site. Will totally use your cell monitoring program again if the need arises. THANKS!!!

Nope, sorry. Unless they registered their cell number on Superpages.com or something similar, there is no way.

Try wroking for a phone company or get someone who does.
