Why do i keep getting an email for my answer to a question being best? (Details Below)?

Sorry to break this to you but there's an annoying glitch in the system here and there's nothing any of us can do about it.

Yahoo already KNOWS about the stupid glitch and supposedly are working on it but, from my experience with Y!A, they will fix it in their own sweet time no matter how many of us are inconvenienced by their ineptitude.

So don't waste your time trying to contact the Yahoo Anwer Team or the Yahoo Customer Service Department because it's not doing anybody any good. Lots of us have the problem. I've been plagued with it since Friday and, had you bothered to look at this category of questions, you'd see that at least 100 people have asked about it in the last 48 hours.

The Yahoo goon squad aren't going to stop it until they're good and ready. Nothing any of us says or does will have the least bit effect.

I have received around 60 best answers recently, but have been give around 720 emails regarding them!

Yahoo! staff know about the problem & are currently in the process of trying to fix it.

As you do not have the Option to opt out from receiving Best Answer notifications, you cannot stop it. (its Yahoo! that have to stop it)
