Can you run the iPhone SDK on Ubuntu?

Wanting to play around with the iPhone SDK, but I don't own a mac. So I was wondering if there is a way to run the SDK on Ubuntu?

If so, how to install exactly?

Thanks!

Sorry. I am attempting the same thing and I have gotten mixed results.

The first link in the sources will help you install.

You can use the unofficial SDKs, but I am almost certain that you can't submit apps you make through the unofficial SDKs to the App Store, only Cydia and Installer on jailbroken iPhones.

I just tried to watch the video 'how to publish your iPhone app on the App Store' on iTunes just to see if it was linked to XCode (if it wasn't, you could probably use any programming suite) but my ADC membership 'wasn't authorized.' You need a 100 dollar membership to view the video and publish the app.
