Cowboy boots and leg warmers?

I FINALLY found a pair of cowboy boots I love after 3 years of searching. And I remembered back to the other day when I saw a girl wearing cowboy boots with a knitted cover over them. I'm not sure if they were leg warmers or what. Has anybody seen this. Is there another name for them or are they just leg warmers. Is this a fashion faux pas? Can you wear leg warmers with cowboy boots and what is the most fashionable way to do so?

positioned on them below boots, actual. i in my view think of that they might look great beautiful with cowboy boots. yet whilst your boots are black positioned on the creme legs heaters and in the event that they are brown or yet another shade positioned on the two.

never wear any long dress or skirt because of my level, it makes you look shorter and fatter.
