1. Joba Chamberlain - Yankees 2. Johnny Cueto - Reds 3. Félix Hernández - Mariners ( He just turned 22 ) 4. Phil Hughes - Yankees 5. Adam Loewen - Orioles Honorable mention Tim Lincecum. The Giants just don't have the run support for any of their pitchers to have a big year.
