craftsman pressure washer model 580.752710 has no suction from soap tanks. any recommendations?

plain and simple the soap is not being sucked into the machine, both tank valves are fully open, there is no clog in the hose, and when i put my finger to the male end of the machine for the soap i feel no suction.

    I had the same problem and then found out the soap option only worked on low pressure. Kind of stupid if you ask me, and mine was also a Craftsman... not sure of model, but it was a good one or so i thought.

    You can use car soap without troubles in a power washer.

    Not completely sure about that model, but on mine if I don't have the correct nozzle on the wand it will not suck soap.
