Hotel reservations in Red River, NM..?
There are 6 of us (adults) taking a ski trip to Red River, NM on Thursday (Jan 1st) through the 4th. The guy making the arrangements said someone told him it was a down time and that he didn't need to make hotel reservations. I have looked online and it doesn't look like there are very many vacant condos or rooms for 6 people. Is this really a down time and do I need to make reservations? It is a 9-10 hour drive and I do not want to get there and have no where to stay.

Go on hotels.com and set something up in advance. It would suck to get there and have to sleep in a car
