what movie is this? its an old comedy.?

its an old movie about a bus accident, where the only survivor is a little boy and his mum. the ghosts of the other bus passengers get attached to the baby and have to live out their unfinished business through him when he is an adult. Its a comedy, and i know i've seen it a million times but i can't for the life of me remember what its called.

    I think it's called "Heart & Souls" It has Robert Downey Jr in it.
