Is it okay to kiss with chapstick on?

In some states it is illegal to kiss with chapstick or certian lip glosses. You should check your local county and state laws before you break the law. At worst, you will probably just have to pay a fine similar to a parking ticket.

I lvoe that type of chapstick! It is alright to wear it but that minty feeling/smel will be worn off by the end of the date, unless you apply it again. I have kissed a guy who wore it and you dont taste it but you can smell it. It is a nice chapstick to kiss someone with. BUt dont put it on than kiss him right away. Let it sink in and dont put like a tone on where you can feel your lips all lubed up >..< If you want to go for a wow effect get an ice breaker mint. Like a winter fresh flavor. Pop that in your mouth so that cool sensation you get from it will also go into his mouth ( if you have an open mouth kiss. Even if its closed he will still feel it.) That will get a wow affect. Yeah it fine to put chap stick on but I won't recommend right before the kiss it could make you lips kind of slippery. So just keep them moisturized throughout the day.
