i was looking at bioplast studs before i asked this but then i realized if its too long i can just cut it though after.

the best thing to do is to go to a piercing studio, and ask for a labret with a fish-hook instead of a back. It starts out as just a straight post, and the piercer bends it to the lenght and shape for your mouth. The bent part then just rests at the bottom of the inside of your lip. Its a big advantage because the back never touches the enamel on your teeth.
