what does the term Pretremitted or pritrimitted mean concerning a Bill of Indictment?

This happened in Louisiana but the web shows either a True Bill or a No True Bill

Update:

Thanks, I saw that concerning heirs. I still have found nothing on a Bill of Indictment option other than the two. I known, for a fact, it is out there

Update 2:

Who likes a challenge? I found this in Metacrawler in a lrgal document so one of the words exist:

Since the court of appeals then affirmed the action of the trial judge in

granting judgment notwithstanding the verdict on the action based upon the

procurement of the breach of contract, this third issue was not addressed. "In view

of our ruling on MK's first two issues, we pretremit MK's third issue." 959

S.W.2d at 162.

Update 3:

The word, used in La. courts and Grand Jury decisions, is pretermitted. I spelled it wrong.
