Decently Priced Skinny Jeans?

I have a hard time finding skinny jeans or just jeans in general, I don't think I'm that big, but I think my proportions are weird because usually if they fit my waist they are too long. I usually where a size 11 or 13 depending on the brand. Anyways I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find decently priced skinny jeans, the ones that are really skinny at the bottom because most of the skinny jeans I have are loose at the bottom. I'm really not looking to spend too much money.

    I'm a Ross Fanatic!! I'm in between a 9-10 and i always can find tons of skinny jeans in my size there and i know they have plenty in your size too. Usually they are priced $10-$15. Good luck

    11-13 are very hard to find and if you do, they are expensive. Once I spent an hour trying to find a pair. Hot Topic always has pretty good jeans and I heard old navy does too...

    They have some decently priced skinny jeans that are SKINNY at the bottom a lot at ABERCROMBIE! they're about 60 dollars and they are really nice! they are just what you are looking for trust me.

    ROSS! they have colored skinny jeans and normal skinny jeans...and they have some in size 11 and 13!

    I got a pair of skinny jeans at Charlotte Russe i really like...they were $15 on sale i think...

    I wear the same size. I go to Old Navy. Theirs are the most comfortable and affordable. They are really good jeans.

    Pac Sun

    they have super skinny and extremely skinny they fit comfortably I LOVE then and you can get them on sale most of the time.

    well CUTE skinny jeans are at pac sun.

    i went shopping today and the were a whole bunch for $15

    i were ymi jeans they have really cute styles and sizes but i do not really notice the amount i am young my parents pay i know i got 6 pair for $140 or levi
