Go as a hippie (Yes it is 60s aswell so its late 60s early 70s), atm tie die is really in style, and also the hippie headbands, that you tie around your forehead, so just try any local fashion shops, they're sure to have them. and then wear your hair how it is naturally and wear it down with the hippie headband tied all the way around (so its pressing your hair down) buy some flower stickers, and stick it on one of your cheeks (just one), for pants im not sure, maybe you could try getting a tie die dress? or you could just tie die it yourself, if you cant find one, like buy a plain white dress, and tie die it. for shoes, where some white long boots, they were in style then aswell.
