writing a book for school ?

You seem to be more into humorous writing (it means a funny story, just in case your ELA teacher didn't teach you that). Try writing a silly story, like an alien who forgets he's an alien or a guy making an embarrassing mistake on a date, or just something to make people laugh. It's the funnest to write, I should know.

Maybe about a girl who wants to get into a collage and her friends encourage her to go in but they secretly think shes not going to get in. The girl actully gets in and her friends are suprised because they dont get to be in a good collage. When she grew up she got to have a great job and her friends had to work at a supermarket or something like that! Hope this helps!

How about spying on your neighbours and making up a crazy story about what they are doing, which looks seemingly normal? Try and see if you can distort their actions by writing from the viewpoint of someone who reads too many horror books or fantasy novels.

how about you write a story about this girl who had no idea what to write for her english class and so she failed the assignment and decided to take out her anger and rage on the y! answers community by spamming.

and then she goes to therapy or something and lives happily ever after. the end.

you could write a book about how a gay boy or lesbian girl tries to fit in with other kids from school, by acting like he/she is straight. and in the end you could say that everybody in the school found out about their secret. but they didn't get teased or anything. everybody in the school respected their choice of sexuality.

How about a horror story? Like a girl is being followed or she reads a dead girls diary and the girl comes to haunt her, shes getting visions that come true.... or something like that.. i dunno
