My light may be a bit dimmed, but I have never heard the term "lordship salvation" before.

As for "election," I would aim you to the writings of St. Augustine and let you get as confused as everyone else is about it.

The concept is this: When you are born, you are predestined to be elect or to be damned, and if you take that to its extremes, there is nothing you can do about your predestined future.

Without getting into the scriptural basis for idiotic things like this, this pretty well tells you, if you take it to the extremes, that if you are elect, even if you live a wicked life, you will still go to heaven and if you are damned, even though you life a spotless life, you will still go to hell. All someone has to do with this, insofar as I am concerned, is how Jesus Christ makes any difference in the equation.
