There is a person on YouTube named, "Blader0314SUCKS" and it is bothering me. Is there a way to get that account closed?
He flames me and his username bothers me.
Well he says that I am a "crazy jew" even though I'm asian.

According to the specified information, the user is violating Youtube's community guidelines. Therefore you should be able to file a complain against him for public disrespect, which may get his account banned.
From YouTube Community Guidelines:
"We encourage free speech and defend everyone's right to express unpopular points of view. But we don't permit hate speech (speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity)."

Hmm, Sorry but there isn't really any other Options... i suggest you block him and just ignore him... now or later we all get haters in the future :(

Why does it bother you?
EDIT: If he keeps flaming you, block him. As for his username, it's called First Amendment. Suck it up.
