If god is all knowing, how did he miss out on the fact our bodies would be so much more versatile if ..?
our arms were the same length as our legs and our spinal cord was enlarged and given a retractable spring- like device that would allow our head and buttocks to exchange positions? This way we could instantaneously become upside down; I mean, do you realize how many times I have thought how useful it would be if my head were only where my buttocks are?

Sounds to me like you've accomplished that feat already. Apparently you have become more agile on your own that God intended so don't worry be happy and get used to how dark it can get when you get your head where your buttocks are.
