Does anyone know which fashion house this is?
This is the last question on a trivia quiz I've been stuck on for ages -
Which family firm started in the north of Italy in 1960, specialising in inexpensive yet fashionable knitwear, has grown into one of the major fashion houses in the world?
Does anyone have any idea?
BTW, I have already googled every permutation of the question I can think of.

All I know is that it's from a TV cop show (British, I think)?
1 AnswerDrama8 years agoWhy do some Some Muslims claim that Islam is the oldest religion?
I saw an interview (something to do with the Dome of the Rock) and this comment was made in passing. At the time I just thought the speaker was an ignorant clown, but I have since heard this claim repeated several times. Now, I'm no Muslim scholar, but I do know that Muhammad was born in the mid 6th century AD. So What gives? What is the basis of this strange claim?
15 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIn Shakespeare's 'King Lear' What do you think of the "theory" that Cordelia & the fool are one and the same?
Points to consider:
1. The characters are never seen on stage at the same time.
2. When Cordelia is banished, the fool is strangely nowhere to be seen.
3. Lear's odd comment when advised of Cordelia's death (a clue perhaps from the
playwright?...or maybe just a colourful turn of phrase?).
4. Plus the fact that disguising oneself is a common theme throughout the play.
4 AnswersBooks & Authors1 decade agoWhat is the Quote that begins "Man created God in his own image..."?
As I recall it was about a paragraph in length. Sort of a reversal of Genesis 1:27-28.
BTW it isn't the Ludwig Feuerbach quote "It is not as in the Bible, that God created man in his own image. But, on the contrary, man created God in his own image". The one I'm after is quite a bit longer.
