Why didnt god design each man and woman with custom genitals that would only fit one other person in the world?

I think God did create man and woman with custom genitals. That's why we get married and are supposed to stay married for life to the same person. We are made for each other and if we are both true to each other, our genitals will fit perfectly together just as God intended them to.

i think He Does make genetic options that "fit" best our possible choices. not only do i experience this type of genetic choice, i also suffer from the consequences of my previous lineage and their choices which they made were wrong.
