What do I need to do to hook my computer up to my TV? I think it's called dual monitors?
I have a NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 installed; it came with my computer, and I am running Vista. I've been told I need a new graphics card and a router, but then I've also been told all I need is an S-cord...or something like that...LOL. Okay, I'm obviously not a technophile, but hey, I want to learn!!

Your onboard 6150SE only has one single VGA port. It can support only one display.
If your TV is an HDTV of recent vintage, it might have a VGA port, and you can hook up your 6150SE to just the TV by using a standard VGA monitor cable.
If you want to run two displays, then you need to get a separate PCI Express 16x graphics card with two outputs. (Your 6150SE board has one empty PCIe 16x slot to accomodate that).

Depends on the TV. Some of the newer ones have PC inputs. If you have an old TV, the picture is going to look much worse than being shown on a computer monitor. You can use a VGA to NTSC converter but that is going to look bad too. Using an S video output looks really bad compared to using a new TV that already has a PC input. Not worth buying the S video cable.

If your graphic card has an S-Video slot (composite), you get an S-Video cable, hook it to your TV.
NOTE: S-Video doesn't have audio.
HDMI does.
googled an image of S-Video:

s cord is older pc to tv interface, if it is new model tv look for a vga.this is what your monitor plugs into the pc.
