In the game Fallout 3, im a little confused?
in the game there are hitmen that keep randomly spawning and trying to kill me. i was wondering if anybody knew who put the bounty on my head so i can go kill them.
they keep calling me a dogooder and that i cant keep walking around the wasteland doing the things im doing without someone noticing.
i find this all very confusing and am really annoyed, i just want to kill the person who put the price on my head.

the first person who tells me who wants me dead will recieve the best answer. after i kill the guy of course.

Talon Company will hunt you down if you have high Karma, so technically you put a bounty on your head for being to good.
The Regulator's will get you if your bad.
They only appear randomly a few times throughout the game, though if your up for it they have a proper base at the Capitol building, but you have to get past the super mutant camp first.

Talon Company hunts people with good karma.
But, if they are Hitman, it's Mr.Burke.
He sent contracts if you didn't blow up Megaton.
Search these bodies, they should have a note from "B".

Note to Dean B, their base is not at Capital Building. It's just their battlefield.

There is no specific person putting the bounty on your head. Sorry. It just happens if you are too good or too evil.

Raiders... probably. If you have a very high karma. You won't stop them unless you avoid them. I recommend hitting the Right Bumper, or RB for V.A.T.S. so you can scan the area as your walking. In this way you will avoid them. That's all I can help with, as I was evil in my gameplay experience.

i think you pick those guys up if you complete the power of the atom quest without blowing megaton up. they don't go away
