Not quite sure what the question is... but i like the poem!!
You might want to make it the rythm a bit more obvious, though. But the rest is great!

because all dat its said that will be done still cannot replace the heart for someone that is loved...
its hard 2 forget..and move on...
eventually that will happen but not for now..
