My HDTV only has the orange coax audio out....?

....and not the optical audio out. It does have 2 HDMI outputs though. My real question is: If I am hooking up my HDTV to my receiver through HDMI, will I need to worry about any other audio outs? Does the HDMI just take care of everything? For reference, I just bought the Sony DG920 receiver, I have a DISH DVR box, an XBox360 w/component cables, and I will be buying a blu-ray player.

Sony 920 receiver supports audio via HDMI, so you just connect optical cables from devices to receiver to get sound. If you have Blu-ray player, you only need an HDMI to receiver for both video and audio, another HDMI output from receiver to TV input for video.
