  • Incentives for grill cooks?

I am restaurant manager for a pretty well known brand. I find it easy to make up games and programs to reward my servers and hosts. I am having a tough time, however, coming up with things that my cooks and prep cooks can earn and achieve. Things that don't cost a lot of money would be great. Does anyone have any ideas? What do you do?

  • Just moved to a new state, need to update my W-4?

I just moved to New York state from Ohio and need to update my address so I am paying the right taxes to the right city.

What do I do with the new W-4 that I need to fill out? I do not want to have to owe money at tax time, and I do enjoy getting a refund, but I also do not like that fact that the government basically takes an interest free loan......just some general help would be great!

  • My HDTV only has the orange coax audio out....?

....and not the optical audio out. It does have 2 HDMI outputs though. My real question is: If I am hooking up my HDTV to my receiver through HDMI, will I need to worry about any other audio outs? Does the HDMI just take care of everything? For reference, I just bought the Sony DG920 receiver, I have a DISH DVR box, an XBox360 w/component cables, and I will be buying a blu-ray player.

  • What kind of home theater system should I be looking for?

I currently have a home theater system, but I am looking to upgrade to a blu-ray system w/HDMI inputs/outputs. I have a 32 inch LCD HDTV with 2 HDMI inputs, 2 AV inputs (which can be used for Component Cables) and 1 digital audio out (looks like a coax). I have a DISH DVR receiver, with an HDMI input and a Component Input, and a digital audio output. I have an XBOX 360 that only has the Component AV cord. What should I be looking for in a receiver? What is the best way to hook it all up?
