How come wwe has more viewers than tna?

is it becuz more seats are avialable?this question has been in my head.i mean tna should have more viewers.tna should have more viewers for the following reasons:

they have better matches.

wwe divas are pretty but tna divas are pretty and athletic.

tna highflyers have great movesets and tna know how to treat their highflyers.

and theres more reasons, but somehow wwe ratings are so high.

Because the WWE is known the world over and they have a HUGE advertising budget (you see the WWE advertised everywhere). They also have several different shows on every week on several different TV channels; they reach a MUCH wider audience than TNA does. And those TV stations advertise the WWE a heckuva lot more than Spike advertises TNA.

And a lot of people are just "WWE fans"; they don't really care about pro wrestling per se, just the WWE.

TNA is a great little company, a very viable alternative to the WWE, for the reasons you pointed out. But it is still a young company. They are growing slowly but steadily. Just a couple of years ago they just had a one-hour show late Saturday nights. Now they have a 2-hour prime time TV show on a great night for that.

The WWE is still the "500-pound gorilla" but TNA will get there eventually. The more we support them, the more we talk about how good it really is, the more attention TNA will get and the more it will grow.

  • I think TNA's main flaw is that their storylines are usually corny. I mean they get their viewers from the wrestlers that they have, but their missing out on a whole lot of other possible viewers if their storylines weren't so bad. I mean don't get me wrong, they have good ones every now and then, but about 2 - 3 bad ones for each good one. A good one to me is The Frontline vs. Main Event Mafia, but bad ones to me right now are the Sarah Palin + Beautiful People thing, Shiek Abdul Bashir - Eric Young - The Referee drama (Why couldn't Eric Young just win the title and let The Referee & Bashir have a match and after that the Ref returns to just normal refereeing? Instead they drag this storyline on...). Those are 2 right there that aren't great to me, another one is Abyss being a weakling now, every wrestling promotion needs a monster, so what is up with that? I guess you could say that another problem of theirs is dragging storylines out way too long.

Tna has more of a hometown wrestling company, not quite polished. Not saying that is a bad thing, i loved to watch CPW in Portland or at Rock n Roll Pizza in Portland. Until they stopped their Portland gigs.

Wwe has advertisement power. Tna doesn't travel much and Wwe is always on the road. Lots of stuff like that really make a difference. I personally love Hulk's CCW above all three and I miss seeing it.

Its because WWE has been around much longer and its a lot more popular now. It goes worldwide and there is more attendance in the audience. They visit a new city each week while TNA just stays in the same arena in Orlando every week except for house shows and pay per views. Despite it not being that great compared to WWE, its still the second largest wrestling promotion in america.

WWE has proven itself time and time again. It has a history with it's fans, has the big names, knows how to advertise, has a good working relationship with pretty much all of NBC. Also, TNA keeps stealing WWE's old storylines.

Hello! Frontline vs Main Event Mafia is ECW's Originals vs the New Breed!

Because WWE has been around over 50 years longer. TNA is great for only being around for 7 years and already where they are now.

tna does have better matches, but they take a lot of things that wwe has used.

the wwe gets such high ratings because they are the established company and can, from timeto time, put on a good match or feud

because WWE has been around for along time, it has regular veiwers were TNA is still pretty new, but in a couple years i see TNA goin head to head with WWE

    Because WWE has Jeff Hardy.
