Blackheads! Can't get rid of them!?
No matter what I do, it seems I can't get rid of the blackheads. I swear every pore on my nose is a blackhead. I don't have any anywhere else on my face, and rarely get zits anywhere.
I have tried Biore pore strips, an extracting tool, going to an aesthetician, dermatologist, retinol type products, scrubs, etc. I have tried these all within weeks of each other, so I know that their use hasn't just made my situation worse from over using.
How do YOU get rid of blackheads?

have you tried steaming your face? boil a pot of water (low heat...until it gets comfortably hot) then put your face over it and a towel over head to help the steam reach your face.

I am really sorry to hear that. I was in a situation like yours a few months ago too. My mom taught me a little family secret on how you can get rid of blackheads. Just get a small bowl of water (doesn't have to be cold or hot) and spill some baking soda in it. The worse your situation is, the more you can spill. I don't recommend that you spill to much baking soda the first time, you could get an allergic reaction. Afterwords, you put a thin piece of cotton paper into the baking soda and let the baking soda soak into the paper. After a few minutes, you take it out and place it on your nose for about ten to fifteen minutes. When the time is up, you remove the cotton paper and throw it away (never reuse). Wash your face and check out the results. For best results, do this process every month (too much can harm your skin).
Hope that helps!

Yeah I have the nose blackheads as well...the only thing that semi works for me is the biore strips. Try getting a facial and buy a pore minimizing facewash.

I used Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit foaming Wash. I had the same problem you did, and it worked for me. I also tried doing this but found that it didn't work quite as well: Steam your face to open up your pores. Take a little bit of Elmers Glue and rub a thin layer on the affected aria. Then, wait for it to dry. Once dry, peel off the glue and ta-da! All better.

Try warm water and face wash...and Biore pore strips again....if nothing unplugs....they may be small hairs.....use a magnifying mirror and try to pluck one out....if no luck...repeat step one with the strips and before placing strip....quickly roll a piece of tissue in your nose like if you had a nose bleed and then put on strip....this helps to "push" out plugged pores...once u remove strip...use a fine tweezer to remove remaining pore "plugs"...

Ugh I have the same problem :/. Aren't they annoying? Well what Im trying to do to get rid of them is mixing sugar with my face wash so it can sink into your pores and exfoliate them. It actually has helped me a little bit :)

all the creams ,ointments and whatever else you have been trying will never help.but i do have a solution though it will cost you.a holiday in the sun.the sun burns out the oil and dirt naturally.onced this has been done it is up to you to maintain your newly revitalised pores by keeping your skin oil grease and dirt free through most importantly an oil and grease free diet.i promise you if you follow this advice you will banish them forever
