Usually, for most interviews, it's best to wear a suit and tie. And it's usually better to overdress than to underdress. I have not been to a Cracker Barrel restaurant, so what kind of place is it? If it's a very laidback, casual restaurant, you might not want to dress up too much. Use your best judgment. But still dress a little bit better than the person you'll be interviewed by.
The interviewer will most likely ask about your experiences, might ask about your schooling and anything that would tell him why he should hire you. So just picture that you're selling yourself to this employer. How will his restaurant benefit from hiring you? Tell him about any relevant experiences, jobs, tasks, etc., you've had that will help you work in a restaurant.
While you should be ready, well-rested, focused, etc., don't be too rehearsed. Don't lie, but still put your best foot forward. Leave him with the impression that you want to work there, and will work hard.
He probably talks to a lot of young people, and, as I'm sure you know, some young people are going in because they have to, not because they want to.
He might ask you, Why do you want to work here?
Whether you have any experience in working at a restaurant.
But you're still young, so it probably won't be as tough or stressful as you may think it will be.
Be sure you know all the things you wrote down on your application. And, if you can, think of some new things to bring up to impress him, that are not on your application.
Definitely turn your cell phone off before you go and talk to him.
Also, make sure you know where the restaurant is, and get there ahead of time. But don't go in too early. If he expects you at 2 p.m., head in there perhaps a couple minutes before. But be at the restaurant earlier than that.
You don't want to be stressed out over traffic and the like.
Good luck!

Usually, the second interview involves meeting another manager or supervisor so that they may ask their questions. If you are in the running for the job, you may be asked to submit to a drug test at that time or actually told if you have the job or not. Be as prepared as you were for the first interview and good luck to you!!!
