I would like to find a good Stretching DVD. ?

Not a yoga or Pilate's, just a plain old stretching. I used to have a VHS many moons ago. I am large (think Rosie O'Donnell) and find it very difficult to do Pilate's and yoga. Any suggestions?

Update:

I can do a 60 minute Tae Bo DVD without any problems. I walk a 12 minute mile. I am diabetic and the medication has caused me to gain weight which won't come off. I fail to understand why so many people are willing to judge on size alone.

    Hi

Take a look at The Stretching DVD from The Stretching Institute...

    http://www.thestretchinghandbook.com/products/stre...

It contains 42 video demonstrations of unique, individual stretching exercises, for every major muscle group in your body. And there's no yoga or Pilate's stuff. Just good old-fashion stretching.

    Good luck

You should be able to modify simple Yoga moves or Pilates to suit your size. These are both good stretching routines, but any routine may be hard at first. Visit a book store and check the exercise section for a variety of exercise DVDs.
