I have a question about ACT scores?
I am about to take mine, and I have been taking some pratice ones. What is the ideal score and could you rank the scores as what you should get if you want to do (blank). THANKS SO MUCH!!

I found through searching that you get the best deal via scholarships with the 29-30 ACT score range and above. If you are looking to go to a tougher college, say UW-Madison, you want a higher score. But if you are looking for an easier school... anything above a 20 should be fine. I;d recommend buying a practice book as the online test was a complete waste of money for me.

Well as with any test you want to get the highest score possible. With an ACT test that would be a 36. Anything over a 30 is great. Anything under a 20 is bad. In general-a 24 would get you in to most colleges, a 28 would get you into most upper tier colleges.
remember taking the real test is a lot different than the practice test. You are up early on a Saturday morning taking a test for four hours. That alone can change your score from your practice score.
