Can I Rule England and Wales?

I'm English, live up the north :D

If I ruled England and Wales they will be free gigs for all

Mika will be put in jail ( and any other bad singer/band ETC The Feeling)

and I will Import more sheep for the welsh so everyone will be happy

and I will blow up the queen and her family and take out Gorden Brown

well my brother is called Pippin Took and he's a hobbit which is like a goblin and he is scottish... so yeah :D
