Do you think of New Year as coming back to January like a cycle, or moving forward and never coming back ?

As in Jan at the top of the calender, do you think of new year as coming back to the top (again) or moving forward (as in the last year was just a period of 365 days, next year just another 365 days period)

I know its hard too explain what im trying to say..!

    At my age it's more of a 'vicious circle'.

    Cycle...it just keeps returning again and again,,, New Years... Not much fun when you are 12 and have to buy your own fire works.

    I think of it as a cycle. Coming back to the top.
