Is there a way to get a digital copy of Windows Vista?
Is there any way of downloading a Windows Vista from Microsoft? mine broke due to the case, it has a crack in the inner circle where the DVD is held when its being read.

Nope. You either have to contact microsoft explain what happen, maybe they'll send you a new disc. Or you go to the store and buy a new one.

I have no idea if Microsoft will give you direct download, but i know you can download Vista from torrents. I don't really know if it is illegal or not, but you do have a actual copy with a valid cd key? In that case, it might not be illegal.
if you really really really really need vista then...
use google to find the torrent
you will also need a client, Vuze or utorrent might do

I don't believe Microsoft has that option. You may be able to call their Tech Support for assistance.
