What is the best and safest way to whiten your skin?

Does anyone know whats wrong with this PS3? it turns on the screen kind of flickers then i see a yellow light then red and beeps twice, any thoughts on it?

I have a PS3 with a Red Blinking light does anyone know how to fix this or where to go to fix it?

So I've asked this question before but still trying to fix this my PC keeps shutting down for no reason I've done the memory test and nothing happen, I've tested my RAM and same crap happen, switched the fan on my case for a new one but still nothing, I cleaned the CPUs fan but yet again nothing! :( only thing left now is the PSU and the HDD it can be the the HDD though when I switch it with the others ones I have it continues with the samething >.> any ideas? the PSU is new too but is there way to find out if the PSU is just broken or something?

my PC keeps randomly turning off not shuting down the screen just goes blank, anyone have any idea? I have a A780GM-A mobo, I've formated my HDD 4 times now, I've updated my BIOS twice (I think I made it worse), and the rest of the hardware is like 2-3 months old except for the case and HDD, anyone know what's wrong with it? -_-

Is there any way of downloading a Windows Vista from Microsoft? mine broke due to the case, it has a crack in the inner circle where the DVD is held when its being read.
