You'll travel to the city of Bloodstone during the Hero of Skill quest.
Just let your golden trail lead you.
I believe it's near the city of Wraithsmarsh though.
Yes, you can do all the Crucible stages again to get the best record to get that legendary weapon.
And I don't think you can change your wife's clothes.

I don't know the first two questions, but I know the last one.
No, you can't get your wife to change clothes.
All you can do is like, give her gifts and stuff.
