Throwing up black liquid?

Why are you scared to tell your parents? The very people who love you most of all in this whole world!!!! Without them you are all alone. I believe, however, you have an issue with your parents and that may be at the root cause of your bulimia which is a mental illness.

Number one, being bulimic is a terrible disease that will indeed end up killing you.....I promise. Your heart cannot handle the constant vomiting. You will have a heart failure.

The black liquid could very well be digested blood.

The action of regular vomiting is extremely hard on the blood vessels of the stomach.

Go tell your parents now. Tell them you are bulimic and have been vomiting now for ..........months/years/days/......

Tell them you are scared and tell them what this registered nurse and the nurse hotline told you to do....Go to the ER tonight. Quite a New Year's Eve gift, girl. But begin the new year with getting the help you need to quit trying to kill yourself.

If your serious then you need to get medical attention ASAP. Believe me your parents wont be mad..they would be relieved to know they got you help in time. Do you think they would rather have this go unknown and end up finding you dead? ER is the first step and then you need treatment. Your at a very bad stage with Bulimia when your throwing up black liquid!

Tell your parents ASAP, then get them to take you to the hospital.

It's blood. Just stop throwing up and you will heal in about a week. But you HAVE to stop throwing up or you might as well go check into the ER right now.

It is most likely dried blood. You probably have internal bleeding.
