I had the worst pain in my rib today, it seemed to radiate to my abs and then breathing hurt for a few minutes. I am PMSing so I took cramps as a possibility but it seemed really unusual and it hurt SO bad. Is something wrong with me? Should I be worried? Could I possibly be dehydrated--it felt similar to a charlie horse... but in my rib. Help please!!!

I have been bulimic for a while and I know it's bad so please don't tell me that. But i really want to run right now really bad but when i used to go to therapy, my therapist said i have to wait a day after i purge before i can run again. Is that true? Why do i have to wait? Two people told me there wasn't protein in bagles, but the ones I got today were MINI ones and said they have 12 grams each. So do all bagles have protein??
