Can I run after I throw up?
I have been bulimic for a while and I know it's bad so please don't tell me that. But i really want to run right now really bad but when i used to go to therapy, my therapist said i have to wait a day after i purge before i can run again. Is that true? Why do i have to wait? I want to so bad its driving me crazyyyy.

It's best not to run after you throw up.
It will make yourself uncomfortable, and may lead to serious problem.
Listen to the therapist advice.
