How much does MLB Network cost?

Does anyone know how much MLB Network costs? Some say it's free and some say it costs $150 dollars/year. Does anyone know the true amount. Do you have to pay per yer or per month? I have Astound, but I'm not sure if I can get it, I'm thinking I can not:(

    I just have the prenium package with Comcast that gives me all of the sports network (NFL, NHL, NBA, ESPN News, etc.)

    I believe the main channel itself is free, but to watch out of market games is when you have to pay. Sort of like NBA TV.
