Scuba diving in the Caribbean?

My fiancé and I would like to stay at a Sandals resort or go to the U.S. Virgin Islands for a private destination wedding + honeymoon. We are really into scuba diving, hiking, lots of nature and adventure type stuff ... but since it's our honeymoon, I'd like some romance too. Does anyone have any advice on the BEST place to stay for some great reefs and sightseeing?

Almost all, if not all islands offer scuba diving as well as the activities requested.

Tortola is a very beautiful place for sightseeing since it has many high areas. It also has lots of different islands surround it since it is part of the British virgin Islands. I went there and the views were breathtaking.

Dominica is good for hiking, sightseeing as well as nature lovers.

Barbados is popular for scuba diving, great reefs as well as educational tours and sightseeing. We have some beautiful reefs. Read up on some information here.

i like St Maarten plenty - elementary accessibility, super diving, quite some selection for lodging. Mexico diving is physically powerful would get a sturdy cost benefit by using replace costs - not sure although. Trinidad Tobago isn't costly. Tobago has super diving. fee administration - British Islands are costliest, US Islands are costly as nicely. The Dutch islands are lifelike. so a ways as scuba diving is going - the superb thank you to get maximum dives on your money is to stay with a similar dive operator. extra diving you do them, extra low fee you get. Checkout diveadventures in St Maarten. I particularly have executed diving with them for final 7-8 years. seem up Vinny on the Dive shop. you are able to point out my call KIP. From this region you will get right of entry to Saba, Anguilla, super diving.

I think you should go to st. croix in the us virgin islands! It is a great place and not very touristy at all. There are so many things to do and see... it's very beautiful. There is great diving and a wall that drops over 3,000ft. hope this helps!! congrats!
