I know very little about real estate and web design, but I do have two good tips for you.

    1) Don't search for a web designer with yahoo answers. use www.elance.com to search for freelance web designers. Its infinitely better for secure payment and quality control.

    2) You can actually buy very inexpensive ($10-20) web page templates on website such as www.themeforest.net. Many of these templates are made specifically for real estate.

I recommend first taking some time to do some research and find a good template online. Then, go to elance.com and find someone who will use the template and make the website for you.

Using this template method will reduce the web designer costs by a lot, and it will let you know exactly what to expect before you pay anything.

    Hope that helps.

You have a dime a dozen to choose from :)

There are some really great modules to use for real estate in Joomla!, consider searching for a Joomla! WEb designer and inquiring on the software. It's OS (open source) so the software is free, but the designing of it to suit your needs would probably cost you money.

    Best of luck!

Check it out and let me know what you think.

    Thanks,
