Only if someone who has head lice has used it recently. Head lice will only survive off a human head for a few hours.
Just to correct a couple of previous answers, head lice DO NOT jump. They only transfer from human to human through physical contact. Head lice also are not everywhere and do not crawl everywhere. That is ridiculous, head lice need to be on the human head to survive so the only time they leave is to transfer to another human. Stop spreading the myths guys, it doesn't help anybody

Uhmm, Yes Lice cant just come form other people who already has them. Remember! How Did the First person who ever had lice get one? Its Because lice run and go just about anywhere are everywhere. So U got one from a Foam? Lice are small creatures and as I said can creep anywhere so Get rid of it through a thorough rinse and wash. Good Luck!
